RISE SERVICES, INC
Service Description:
RISE provides in-home services to families that support children and adults with developmental disabilities. Services include: behavior support, overnight respite care, hourly caregiving and case coordination.
Eligibility:
Families who support children and adults with a wide range of developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and backgrounds of abuse and neglect.
Intake Procedure:
Walk-ins accepted; Call for information or to make an appointment
Service Hours: 24/7
